Our representative will visit your school / university and introduce our services, the innovation we bring to the UAE market, our core values and present our collection of the original caps and gowns.
This meeting gives us a unique opportunity to build the foundation of a future cooperation.

STEP 2

The Quotation


Right after our inspiration meeting our customer relationship manager will provide a quotation with the prices, services and guarantees. With our price guaranty we will always match competitors prices in case the products are of the same quality.

STEP 3

Measurement


C.L. Seifert will provide the school with educated measurement teams that will make sure that everyone will get the exact size for their student cap & gown. Our measurement teams will make a short presentation about the products and services.

At measurement everyone places their order. This is done electronically on laptops.

STEP 4

Customization


For the first time in UAE it is now possible through our innovating online system to customize and personalise your Cap and Gown in 3D.
It is now an option, to embroider your name and your School / University name on your Cap. Furthermore, you can embroider your initials and your School / University logo on your Gown.

STEP 5

Delivery


C.L. Seifert is responsible for everything regarding delivery. Everything will be delivered directly to the School / University.
Delivery will be in boxes marked with the individual students name, class name and school name. The content of the boxes will also show from the sticker on the box.
C.L. Seifert will pay for all shipping costs to the School/ University

STEP 6

Handover


The last and most important part of our corporation is handing over the graduation caps and gowns to our students. We find great pleasure in witnessing the joy it brings to our students to try out their cap and gowns for the first time. At that moment only perfect counts. Thats why we provide service assistants during the handover of caps and gowns at your School / University to make sure everything goes nice and calm.
